i was at football practice today and im a lineman. so when i got out of my stance and the guy in front of me hit my hand sraight on and since then i cant move my hand like normal. i can wiggle it and the pain is in the back of my hands and i cant grip anything or i cant straighten my hand out. can someone tell me what i a going on?

You might have fractured your wrist. You should put in a splint until you can get to a doctor also aleve will help with the pain.

Something like that happen to me before. it hurt for about 2 day or so then it was back to normal.

probably broken get it checked, i did that with my toe while running threw the sprinklers with my 2 year old. Ithought it was jamed too, but it was broke.

your finger could be broken, out off place, and if it was hit a certain way (and hard enough) it could break your finger and push it into the forearm bone.

you need to see a doctor for a xray to see if it is not fractured
