definitely. You won't lose as much water weight, but that weight loss doesn't really mean anything--you can gain it back by drinking a bottle of water. Losing actual fat can still happen--just be sure that you are working out hard enough (at your right cardiac level--which usually is where it is difficult to carry a conversation, but you could still talk if you needed to).

Yes! Sweat is usually an indication of how hard your body is working (the harder you work, the more your body has to cool itself by producing sweat), but eveyone's body is a little different when it comes to temperature regulation. Some people sweat easily, while others don't. Even if you aren't working very hard (and thus not sweating much), you're still burning calories. (Even breathing burns calories.) I've also read that one burns about the same amount of calories walking a mile as running a mile--the difference being the time it takes to complete the mile.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

of course! It builds muscle and endurance. Sweating cannot help you lose THAT much weight. It only takes some water out of your body, but not enough to make a difference. Keep doing what you're doing and good luck ;D

Calories burned aren't measured in amount of sweat you produce.

As long as you are elevating your heartrate somewhat, it helps. If you don't sweat during exercise, you may become overheated. Be careful.
