Well... that's a tough one. Find things to do 'with' your son... like parks, the mall, take him to a pet store to check out the animals, color with him, read to him.... things that will keep him, AND YOU, busy. You need to "make" yourself get up and do things...eventhough it's hard as hell TO do ! You 'need' to do this, so in turn, you're not 'bringing your son down', too. It'll help you, also, to get 'past' feeling like you just have NO energy. You're young, your son is young...... i wish you the best of luck, and hope things work out well for the both of you.

First of all CONGRATULATIONS on giving up the drugs and trying to make a better life for yourself and your son!! get some help and support. Talk to a professional you trust like your doctor or a councillor. This is going to be a rough patch but having someone to help you through it will make it easier for you. Even though you don't want to move, try for your sons sake to get up and about. How about a quick trip to the park. The fresh air will be good for you, and your son can have a play.

You probably should see a substance abuse counselor to help you on your journey to recovery. Stopping cold turkey usually doesn't lead to much sucess but I hope that it does for you if that is the path you choose.

But, you probably feel like crap right now because first of all, coke is an upper. Without it you are obviously going to feel tired. Plus, it destroys your serotonin, which will leave you feeling depressed, anxious, etc.

Please take my advice and go see a professional. They will be able to help you!

Good luck and best wishes on your journey for a successful recovery.

well the pot or coke is not the answer, it is only covering up what u feel. cograts on quiting b/c that is not easy. be strong, u need to be strong for your son. i dont know about your religious beliefs but prayer is amazing, pray that things get better. i wish u the best of luck and be strong.

the drugs might have apart in this but my daughter(16) just had a baby and she is the same way..i think it has a lot to do with the young age.you are not supposed to be dealing with things of this nature-youre mentally not ready to handle it.although that does not mean that you dont love your child...i just hope you have an older more exp. person(parent)that will be there for you and help guide you thru your still young life

Good for you for quitting. Yes, you sound depressed. you need professional help. Do a little reserach on line for the area you live in and you can find something free of charge. Support groups will change your life. I have been through it. Just a little effort on your part.

If you honestly care about your son and want him to have a good life, and be the dad that is always there for him then go to a professional. Good luck with a recovery!

congrats on quitting smoking and doing coke. Keep up the good work. Just tell the son that you are not feeling well so please let you rest and when you start feeling better you will play with him. Good luck, take care

You need to get into a treatment program the things you are expierencing are withdrawls

He needs you, even though you were a child having a baby. You need to be dad and if you cannot handle it then have another male figure in your family help you.
