going where?i think your friend should get his visa himself

I don't think YOU can. When my dad came to the U.S. we had to go to Juarez for my dad to get his visa before he was deported. So, you would have to go get it somewhere in Mexico, I think. I don't know, I went on this trip when I was 2 or 3.

Go to uscis.gov and put lottery on the search link. Maybe he own without have to married someone and depend on that creature for long, long time!

Your friend has to do all the work and it will take some time. But sometimes that's all we have, time.

Have your friend go to the nearest US Consulate where she lives and ask for info.
