i want to speak to girls i like but there is always something to pull me off many girls speak to me but i tend to avoid them within few days pls help!

The Best advice I could give you is PLEASE dont ingnore or avoid talking to new people trust me thats the worst thing you could do especially to a girl just try you best to do IT and remeber "always do the thing you think you cannot do" I hope i helped....

Find someone female in your neighbourhood that you kind of know and strike up a friendship. WIth time you will feel more comfortable and will not be so nervous and withdrawn.. It can be very overwhelming when a bunch of girls start talking all at once.
Take little steps, it will all come together,
Sometimes it takes a while to be confident in your own skin around the opposite sex.....

If you aren't comfortable being socially avoidant then become more socially adept. If you are unsure of how to do it, just practice with people who don't really make a difference in your life, stores clerks, etc.

Maybe try toast masters or something to help you over come your fear of public speaking.
You need confidence...obviously your a great guy and girls must be attracted to you if they are talking to you...

its normal what you are going through. after while you will have girls all over you, [you feel nerves sometimes right when around girls, tied tongue it will pass trust me it has happen to us all.
