eih you let him know about your existence..throw him an innocent smile whenever you see him and if he smiles back say hi to him..then start a small chat and maintain eye contact..or look for a common friend and tell the common friend to introduce you to him..do something if you like someone and don't just sit there and wait for a miracle..good luck!
