Never make the first move by telling him you love him. Yes you may feel the time is right but think about it, a guy's mind is a difficult mind. If you tell him you love him he weill feel obligated to leave you alone. Let him make the moves, let him tell you how he feels. Your job is to play if off as if you don't really think of him too much even if you do. Always let a guy say he loves you otherwise if you make the moves he'll have nothing to chase.
Also, think of it this way, if you can tell him how you feel, so can he.

My question to you first would be how long have you known this guy? If you and he get along so well then he may already know how you feel? It is really hard to tell someone how you feel...especially if you think you love someone. That is a big step to take...because once you say it out loud..you can't take it back...So I guess my suggestion to you is to be really certain that you feel as strongly as you do about him...You want to make sure that he does not react negatively. However, if you feel you know him well enough then I say tell him....I think he will respect your feelings....

Love is a very strong word. Tell him how you feel but don't use the "L" word. I think you two have bf/gf potential: I mean you guys hold hands, hug, call each other, and talk online.

Depends on how long you have known him? Love is not a word that should be thrown around so easily, if your questioning yourself then maybe the time isnt right? Sometimes saying it to soon scares the other person off..

I do not know the person, but for me, those three little words are not to be used lightly. As a matter of fact, they are down right scary if one is not prepared for them. Why not just starting with baby steps and tell him you care for him and let it progress slowly?

Well if you really "Love" Him then you should tell him. But are you sure that you aren't just infatuated and aren't really in "Love", Love is a strong word....besure you really do and that you have known him long enough to tell him that, you might scare him away.
Best wishes

Men don't like the word Love.
Tell him you're really glad he seems to like you, cause you like him too. Tell him you feel special to have him in your life. Tell him in ways like these. Don't use the L word.

It's better to be honest with him. If he feels the same way then you can work on taking your relationship further. If he doesn't then don't waste your time caring about someone who doesn't feel the same way about you.

Do not tell him...wait...he will tell you. If not just make him jealous by pretending that you are feeling attracted to another guy..may be he will react and declare his love for you.

Loves a hard thing to hide. He probably already knows it. I would wait and let him say it first.
