Of course. The bank that is cashing the check will reflect it on the recipient's account. Then the bank who released the funds will then reflect it on the account of the payee.

This is an odd question, did you misuse someones check book? If you did, be aware that it is easy (if you aren't a professional thief) to track were the funds went (even if you used a check cashing place).

yes. the bank as well as the issuer must have a record of the processed check. new laws may provide you with only a photostatic copy, but it is legally as good as the canceled check itself.
