They didn't have tap shoes then or wooden floors for that matter, so I'd have to say no.

if he had the time, HEY!, wait tap dance wasn't invented yet so he couldn't have learnt it but if he had the time he would learn it pretty well

Jesus knew how to do everything. Just because they dont mention it in the bible, doesnt mean he may not have danced.
