Prescription diet pills are useful for severe obesity problems. These pills are regulated and their side effects are monitored. Some of these pills are Meridia (Sibutramine), Xenical (Orlistat), Adipex, Bontril, Didrex, Phentermine and Tenuate. These pills will not be effective for losing weight , if a conventional weight loss plan is also not followed. i've been looking for the perfect one myself. there are diet pills that my friends have used in the past and helped them lose the weight but after discontinuing the use, they gain it back. bangkok pills, as they have told me, really help keep it off but it has a lot of side effects like pulpitation, dehydration, constant thirst, etc. there is xenical but it's messy. you'd have a hard time cleaning your toilet and underwear and i don't mean because of the *@%#. it's because of the oil. they have the chinese weightloss pills but they just serve as laxatives. you eventually get used to them and when you stop taking them, you'll be constipated. i hate exercise. i just stop eating carbs if i really feel like i need to lose the weight. it's hard, but it works. no rice, bread, potatoes, pasta and all that other good stuff. you can eat all the meat, fish, chicken and other vegies you want.

Xenical is great, but be warned of the following:
if you persist in eating fatty foods whilst on xenical, you will have explosive dioreah.
My work here is done.
