Yes I agree that we are closer to the end now then ever before. look around people and take notice. read your newspaper next to your Bible and see that these things have been foretold long ago.

The End? Ah, if only it were! But... they have been saying that for centuries. Preaching and prophesying away! I have lived through several Doomsdays, the most recent being back in the year 2000, when the earth was supposed to do a sommersault on May the 5th. I am tired of waiting. Pollution or a big asteroid will likely get us one of these days, but Chicken Littles and Boys who cry Wolf have begun to seriously bore me.
I read Matthew 24, and Jesus said ALL of those things he described were to be fulfilled in his generation: "Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled."

You need to remember that the some of the apostles living in the time of Christ thought that they were living in "end times." I think you are probably referring to our thoughts of present day, and many prophecies have been fulfilled but much will depend on the people's behavior and whether they turn to or away from God. If you live each day the best that you can then you have nothing to worry about. Don't let negativity consume you, it prevents you from living the way you should.

Actually, you shouldn't be just standing around. You should be out preaching and teaching other how to preach and teach. And, I don't mean standing on a corner in a party zone, like Westport in Kansas City, yelling scripture, but teaching three people the whole Bible, teaching them how to speak in public, and how to preach in public. Then, those three will each teach three others, while you move onto three more. Consider the growth numbers, if you did that every 6-12 months? But then, that would make you a JW.

Yes, the end is near, as it has been since Jesus walked on the earth. The "last days" began with his death and continues today. So what is new. There have been all these things happening every 5 to 10 years through out history.

There are more false prophets out here in the world besides Mohammad. There are many in our churches today. That is why we need to know our Bibles inside and out. We can spot false prophets quicker. There are so many out here that don't believe that is because Satan has blinded them, and there will be more wars to come. That is why we need to keep telling people about Jesus. Let them mock us. They are only mocking Christ. Be strong, and keep the questions coming, and the answers coming.

So, there weren't Muslims or Athiests during the Holocaust, when millions of innocent people were being slaughtered during WW II, when Africa, Europe and Asia were all the scenes for major warfare? That's been over for more than 50 years, and we aren't all dead yet. I'll take my chances.

As I previously mentioned, I stand NOT with any tom dick or harry who professes the name of Christ and remains in a church full of doctrinal error, but will only stand with those that stand ONLY on the WORD of GOD and that alone...I am not your sister if you think catholics, protestants and Christians are all the same! Read your Bible!

Your right the end is near, please send me all your stuff since you won't be needing it after the rapture, also it wouldn't make since to have a retirement plan either, you might as well pull any money you may have put into it out.
