I am assuming you are looking for an Amtrak station. According to their website, the closest station is Lake Placid. This looks to be about 60 miles away. This is not an actual train station, but rather a Thruway bus station where you can catch a bus that will connect you with a train. If you want to get to an actual train station, you have a few choices that are all about 80 to 90 miles in distance. For Adirondack service between Montreal and NYC, you can board at Plattsburgh, Westport, Port Kent, Port Henry, Rouses Point and Ticonderoga. There is also a station in Rome that is served by the Empire Service between Niagara Falls and NYC and the Maple Leaf between Toronto and NYC. Hopes this helps. I don't know which station and train the thruway bus from Lake Placid meets up with as the website's schedule finder was down for maintenance.

NYC, N.Y is created from 5 factors a million-Brooklyn, 2- long island (Harlem is in long island yet is often stated separately), 3-Queens 4- Bronx 5- Staten Island. maximum are linked yet very very massive. Many many trains bypass with in those boroughs. A ferry is going to Staten Island, then they have a bus device there.
