I`m thirteen and have the same problem. Actually, you`re under-weight for your age and height. In order to be at a healthy and normal weight, you would have to gain about 15 pounds. Its not worth it. I`ve done it. Its like an addiction, like gambling. You can be so skinny that it makes you look horrible and you`ll still think that you need to loose weight. It makes you feel way worse about yourself, even if you do loose weight. Its like your fighting yourself. Bulimia against the real you and its enough to get you massively depressed. Its sorta like how drugs start small and then you work your way up. I`ve seen it lead to things ranging from cutting to attempted sucide. Don`t do it.

oh dear, please dont hun thats a very harmfull situation. You have an eating dissorder, my father is a psychologist and was an eating dissorder specialist for about 15 years so trust me on this one. Everything will be fine but you need to talk to someone professional but i would start with your mom or someone that is an adult that you trust but please talk to someone your hight and wieght proportion is actually your ideal wieght whether you know it or not and dieting especially at your age especially of this sort is going to be very harmfull to the development of your body and could lead to permenant damage physically. This is a psychological dissorder that is common for teenage girls especially so dont feel like your alone but you do have a serious problem and need to seek professional help before its to late because this isnt something that is going to go away on its own even if you lose 20 or even 30 pounds. There is nothing wrong with you body its just in your head but it is a problem and its going to lead to bigger ones if you dont. This is so sad please for you and your families sake talk to someone.

okay. dear #1. you dont just decide to become bulimic. its called an eating disorder and you usually cant control it. and by actually sitting down and pondering whether or not you should become "one" is b.s. okay you should NOT become bulimic because you're not meant to be one. if you dont have an eating disorder. dont strive for it. its not an accomplishment. its a disease that can KILL YOU and is EXTREMELY dangerous. and its not good for you #2. weight is not the important factor here. if you want to loose 5 lbs. go for it. but do it through HEALTHY dieting and omg. you have to get off the couch and jump around a little bit. so what. dont be lazy and go puke your food up after binging. and dont go anorexic either that's almost stupider. because you SKREW UP your metabolism and after you as you said. go back to "eating normally"..... you will end up gaining more weight then before and you'll be freaked out start fasting again and throwing up getting dizzy missing your periods your hair will start falling out. and if you are one of those lucky bulimics you'll develope esophogial cancer. which is caused from stomach acid going through your esophogus. you're esophagus isnt anatomically built for stomach acid to being coming through it everyday or more. its just not. and it erodes at your esophagus you grow ulcers which are EXTREMELY painful and you basically suffocate to death slowly and painfully. still think its worth becoming bulimic now? if so. let me further continue. your teeth get skrewd up. your teeth also arent built to be surrounded by stomach acids everyday. you're enamel would start erroding and you'll have a TERRIBLE smile. enamel doesnt grow back....i promise.
btw. 85 lbs for being 5 feet isnt healthy. not even for your age group. my 9 year old neice is 80 lbs. and 4'11. but she's 9! its okay for a 9 year old not a 13 year old. i nkow 85lbs sounds like a tempting number for you right now. but once you get to 85- you're going to say. wow. 80 sure is looking good right now. and you'll notice the numbers keep descending as you keep getting smaller and smaller. you would be slowly be disappearing. you're friends will notice your family WILL NOTICE the weight loss. you'll probably have to go into some kind of clinic to "get well" or at least a psychologist. and yes. they'll talk about you like you're a lab rat. trying to figure out WHY you are the way you are. and you'll be sitting there. stuck there. because you arent bulimic in the first place. because you weren't meant to be one...so let it go. dont become bulimic. it wasnt meant to be. dont become anorexic either. if you were meant to be anorexic you really wouldnt care what other people thought about the process. you'd just go ahead with it anyways.and you wouldnt NEED to ask someone. especially for adivice... so basically. you're just a normal teenage girl with inseccurities about their body because its at the hella weird age where its changing suddenly. and it doesnt take a short time to loose 20 pounds just by throwing up. you pass out alot and spend alot of time sleeping and fainting cuz your so dizzzzy.
so in a nutshell---dont do it
if you need help- i have great resources to many local facilities around your area. no matter where it is. i can find one for you. and if you want to diet in a HEALTHY way. i have excellent diet plans and tips to gain muscle and loose fat all over not only giving you more energy but look better but also become happier stronger and raise your self esteem level

That's BS you are not fat. If you think you're fat at your age, height and weight, you need to talk to your mom and dad. There are special things that can be done that you can see other things about you other than your body image that are great and you will be so happy and have so much to share with others. :D

Pls do some reading on anorexia cause you need to know about it. You are already too skinny to be healthy. My sister almost died from this I am sorry you feel this way about yourself. Im sure you are a very pretty girl and I don't know who is putting these thoughts in yur head. YOU WILL DAMAGE YOURSELF INTERNALLY with this weight loss method so pls DON'T

No, don't do it,it is not worth it.There are side effects that can damage your body. Keep trying healthy options, like is there any one you can go running with or find a physical activity to do. Try hard not to go the easy way, it usually is a bad idea.

Please talk to your mom. She will be more understanding than you think. There are sites you can go on to let you know for your age and hiegth how much you should weigh.
You dont need to worry. You need to live not have to do that. You might need to talk to a councellor, someone you can trust. Maybe at school. Youth pastor, teacher.
Please don't do this and if you are afraid to tell your Mom let her read my message.

it makes u have bad teeth and esophageal problems (for ex., cancer) so u do NOT want to do this! u have to work on ur issues behind why u have this hate relationship w/food and ur self image.
bulimia will also NOT HELP U DROP 20 POUNDS. bulimia is meant as a way for ppl to keep their weight at their current level.
if u r lookin to lose weight, do it w/low fat diet and exercise.

If you want to develop epilepsy and have seizures like I did, then it's a brilliant plan...You could also have a heart attack and die, wouldn't that be great? Your weight is obviously fine, take care of yourself and work on your self image.
