well if she says you're cute, then she must like you and show an interest in you by staring at you. and has for talking to her, you should, get to know her pretty well, that is if you show an interest in her. but ya i'm pretty sure, she likes you. =-)

I'm pretty sure if she is staring at you every chance she gets that she is interested in you.
Your best bet is to go up to her and spark up a conversation. Then, maybe the two of you can swap SN's and go from there.
