Ok...you're 4 years apart, but how old are the two of you? If he's older than 4, he's WAY too old to be biting........he'll grow up and learn he needs you someday.....I'm almost 6 yrs older than mine....I'm 25, he's 19.........(he'll be 20 in Dec., I'll be 26 in Jan.).....anyway, he's beginning to realize I'm a valuable resource for advice.......

That does sound tough... Yes its not right that you are being treated as the youngest. Especially for a guy, you should be getting privilages first being your the oldest, so you can set an example to your lil sis, not the other way round. Dont give up on this subject with your parents. Your sis may be getting things faster because she is the baby of the family. Which leaves you feeling left out and overlooked. So youre quite and not so loud as your sister, theres nothing wronge with being a quite person. Just dont be afriad to speak up and tell them what you think. Talk to your parents about wanting more privilages, wanting responsiblity so you can grow up and mature, like every man does. Your parents will respect you for that attitude. Say if your sis gets her way, and gets a car first..its OK. Just take a deep breath and buy a car yourself, showing you dont have to depend on mom & dad for one, your a man, your old enough to make your own decisions in life. Good luck on everything!

Everything happens for a reason and you need to find why he has done so? Kids usually take a lot of influence from the surroundings and most of their behaviours are simple reactions to whats going around them. If this is going on for a long time there is something going around him constantly which makes him to behave this way. If this is a new occurance, something new has happened which has made him to do so. So look for the cause, rectify it and the problem will hopefully be resolved!You would be needing help from your parent/parents in this too!

my big sister taught me to fight was a neigbhorhood kingpin until she decided to become a girl again.
We love each other like the rising sun. As a matter of fact we are closer with each other than with the rest of our siblings, hell the rest of our family for that matter

And probably felt really bad after one of his sisters (my aunt) died.

My guess is that when he was little and you were the big kid you were mean to him. Now that he is old enough to strike back he does. That is the usual reason.

every brother acts like they hate their older sisters. he really does love you most likely. siblings are made to push each others buttons. hes just testing yours. just ignore him and he'll lay off
