Problem with a Sony KV40XBR800, WILL NOT POWER UP 6 BLINKS ON THE STANDBY LED. PART LEVEL FIX.THANKS?

according to the service manual 6 blinks means the the 5 volt line is overloaded or shorted. It also states that IC 504 on the "A" board could be a cause of the problem. I can't tell you much more then that without actaully looking at the set.
