Well... I do not think that you should necessarily go out and work out in a gym JUST so you could lose 10 or 15 pounds.. but...yes, BUT I think it behooves you to consider a change in your eating habits.. I suspect(being 12 years old) you are onto hamburgers, candy, ice cream, etc.. I would URGE you to cease those habits and as far as exercise.. walk the dog or at school, walk fastly around the track field or something like that.. Exercise will NEVER hurt anyone you know

I think I weighed around 140 when I was 12. I was 5' 2''. Start losing the weight now while you only have a little bit to go, because if you dont, before you know it, youll be even more overweight, and seriously unhappy.
Ive been there. I lost a LOT of weight now (80 lbs) and my body just isnt the same, and Im still kinda unhappy! Do it while your young!! Please dont suffer my fate. LOL

u should drop some wieght! well what i would do is stay in fit and run or walk 5-6 miles a week. i think that works the best. and i am 12 years old, 5'2 and 91 pounds.

Hi you are only 12 years old now and i think that you don't really want to worry so much ,, you are still growing and all you need to do is just don't eat too much sweets and eat more veg and fruits, don't worry everything will work out well for you, and you can also get in to a sport that you like, and if you take gym in school that is great,

Probably should lose a bit, but it's your choice.
I'm a 14 year old guy, 5' 8'', and 118lbs. So I've got 4 inches and 2 years on you and weigh over 30 pounds less. Maybe lose weight if it would make you feel better, but if you're already happy, whatever, who cares.

I have been studying height and weight for quite sometime now and from my studies I have concluded that at 12 years old and 5ft 4 inches a healthy weight range would be from 87 to 127 lbs.
My opinion honestly doesn"t matter it is what you feel you should do however if you wish to value my opinion it would be best to remain at a healthy weight so that you may have a lower risk for certain forms of illnesses but then again my opinion doesn"t matter it is truly about how you feel about yourself

you are 12 years old..eat healthy and the weight will come off. An adult with the height of 5'3" should weight between 125-135 lbs but you're not an adult yet so don't worry. All the baby fat will come off in your teens, if not head to the gym and eat better.

Probably a little but compared to many many obese people cough cough my sister ur not fat. And you'll grow an inch or to soon so it's not that bad. Just eat healther and exercise
