Brother , it is news to me about this behaviour but I am not surprised because the bible had prophecied about two thousand years ago that America will help the first beast of Rev 13 to bring persecution and even death to those who would not break God's law.. America is the second beast of Rev 13 : 11 ...PRove me wrong BIBLICALLY,from the word of God...So you should not be surprise that no other nation in this world would stand and succeed over America until Jesus returns soon to take his people home.. Don't you know from the bible prophecies that America will enforce the 666 very soon ? Don't you know that America will force the whole world to WORSHIP ON SUNDAYS except we Seventh Day ADventist AND ANYONE ELSE who is GOD's that will convert during this enforcement ? Aaa, excuse me!! But wily peat (white phosphorus) has been use by militaries world wide since the FIRST WORLD WAR!!! There is nothing new about it. What, you can't stand the heat? Then stop fighting, and lay down your arms, and surrender. Stop hiding behind old women, and babies. If you really cared for them as much as you pretend too, then put on a uniform and fight like the man you think you are, if you have the courage, which I doubt.

You can not trust UNKNOWN News resources. Geesh. the authors make crap up. Our troops used White Phosphorus on ENEMY troops - never knowingly on innocent civilians. Accidental possibly, caught in the cross fire, possibly - but not with deliberation.
AND FYI -The United States is not the only ones in possession of the substance. Insurgence have their mitts on it. Russia, China, Iran, Syria and others.

You're right. What has America come to? Terrorists should be killed in far less humane ways than melting! That's not nearly painful or humiliating enough! I say we publicly disembowel them! Like in Braveheart, except they will deserve it!
