No, just watch what you eat and don't over do it. You're okay right now.

actually no i don't think you should loose weight. for being 5"7' and weighing 135 i don't think that is heavy. i would actually say its average. and also a size 7 isnt that big. don't forget that you have to add in how tall you are too!

You're only 14 and still developing. You don't need to lose weight. You're weight is appropriate for your height.
Talk to your family doctor to find out about heathly eating and exercise balance lifestyle. Habits you develop at 14 will benefit you when you are older.

I would say NO... but that does NOT mean that you should go out and continue eating junk food.. Junk food is very bad for everyone and it is best when you are young to get INTO THE HABIT of eating correctly.. If you could only believe me... now.... because you would know I am right when you get older... THERE End of lecture

A lot of women/ girls would kill to be a size 7. Plus, you're still growing. Don't compare yourself to other people... You're perfect the way you are now!

You only have to lose weight if you want... your appearance is based on what you are comfortable with and what you like to see... as they say, "beauty is in the eyes of the beholder"... different men like different women and vice versa... be yourself, accept yourself, and the rest will fall into place.

For girls, it's 100 pounds for the first 5 feet, then 5 pounds for each additional inch.

Do you look like an hourglass or a donut? If you have an hourglass figure, you have nothing to worry about. Proportion is way more important than size.

not at all! You are a perfect size, plus you are still growing - don't worry about weight - worry more about staying fit and eating right.
