What weight should I be using - would 2.5kg (as in hand weights)cut it or should they be heavier, and how many repetitions should I be doing?

Thanks guys - any tips would be greatly appreciated - I currently do quite a bit of cardio work, but don't have much muscle strength in my arms

Preacher curls with what ever you can do for 15to20 reps ought to do it .If you can do more then its too light . If you can do less its too heavy .

Dont do steroids , do do esterfied creatine (nonbloating noncramping fat burning creatine)

Do your cardio and as the previous poster said it will take time

do hella pushups, too. train yourself into one-arm pushups. (i had to start from my knees, at the same time, using the other arm to help; just make sure one arm is doing most of the work, and then work them equally)
