Low blood pressure can cause fainting. Flashing lights or florescent lights can cause seizures. If you have poor blood circulation in the top of the brain, then get ready for a stroke. If you've already had even a T.I.A., that can be the cause of the confusion,weakness etc. You should be going to your Dr. & asking him these questions instead of on this forum. Please do so, sooner rather than later.

Sensitivity of light doesn't cause any of those symptoms but if you have had what you described, you can develop a sensitivity to light. Light can't cause anything it's self but you can develop the sensitivity to it after a series of illnesses, like you described.

Yes, it most defilnitely can. I have a friend who cannot tolerate flourescent lighting, and it gives him the most terrible migranes and weird feelings.
