She has a bigger problem , and that is meth, only thing she is doing correctly is using condoms. You need to become best friends with her so that her life doesn't go down the tubes. Sooner then later he will have her prostituting for him. to answer your question... yes, you should beat his azz and then make him walk the dust off his shoes in prostituting himself to get him to pay back all the money she invested in her drugs!

get some help for her without her knowing.dont go up to her and tell her to quit(meth addicts are very agressive).dont even talk about that topic.talk to an adult so you can get help for your sister.dont judge her.

depending on my age, i would either take care of the korean myself; warn him off my sister, or, i would organise a favour from older friends to take care of him for me.....choice is yours, but family first.
