I want to see what people think, because that's me.I am at a really good place, but whenever I eat anything, my stomach get bigger,than it go down, I want to have like the flat ab, but its really hard to get it when it do that.my weight go up and down, but I think I';m just a little fat. little!!!

I get the belly thing, but it will go down during the night and flat in the morning, I try crunches, and many excerises, but I think it take a long time to get the result, so I'm working on it.

No, you're weight is fine. You don't need diet pills or any of that crap. Honestly, you are a really good weight and don't need to worry. Just eat healthily, continue to run on the treadmill regularly and keep a positive attitude. HTH : )

I'm 15 and weigh about 180 and I'm not all that fat
Also, fat people are MUCH stronger then skinny people. I can lift my 90 - 100 pound little brother over my head like he was a chair that I was about to smash on someones head.
I'm also like 6 feet tall, so its not like I'm 5 ft tall and 180 pounds, that would be fat.

How tall are you? If you want great abs you should so some exercises and most people get a belly right after the eat and then it goes down.

no way ur not fat! haha im 13 and 5'8'' and 130 lbs, and i am really strong and not fat haha. i know what you mean about the eating thing where ur stomach goes up and down. mine does too, it just expands a lil when u eat i guess. but it goes away in like 15 mins, right? if not, go for a little walk after you eat.

It depends on how tall you are. If you are 5 ft or taller, then you are okay at that weight. If you are less than 5 ft tall, then you are probably overweight, however since you are only 14, you are still growing, and your body mass will adjust as you grow.

Same crisis right here, i'm the equal weight, might be a couple of kilos extra, and that i believe i am a lil' overweight however my peers say i am satisfactory :D. Apparently round eight stone / one hundred ten kilos is ideal for young adults round our age and top!

well im 13 and im about 105 and people say im skinny so ur probly fine.try and see if u can do 50 crunches a day,then move up to 75.

Doesn't sound large, still age where some baby fat is present. Weight will even out once puberty hits.

No, it's normal for a teenager, and healthy. Kids are too obsessed with weight. Case in point: my 15 yo sister, hospitalized for anorexia/bulemia because the "popular girls" told her she was fat. 5'1" and 85 pounds is fat????!!!!!
