Atheists continue to deny God. It's kinda ridiculos. I can tell you truthfully that thousands of stories from the Bible have been proven over the last hundred years, not to mention that predictions from the Bible are coming true as we speak. No joke, look it all up yourself if you think that this is random babble. I would lay down & die for Christ & what I believe in, just like the millions & millions of other Christians that have since the time of Jesus Christ. just read Jesus Freaks by dc Talk. just have FAITH...

you can not debate with an atheist, they have their belief on "theory", that is a guess or conjecture.
Christians have the proof from the bible, that was inspired by God.Inspire means "to influence, move, or guide by divine or supernatural inspiration" .The Bible is inspired by God.Just stating in the Bible that it is inspired by God does not make it so. Anyone can write a book and claim divine inspiration. The Bible does make that claim, but it also backs it up with truths that stand the test of time. No other book has been or could be written by 40 different writers in 3 different languages in several different countries over hundreds of years and yet be completely harmonious and without error or contradiction.

I would ask "How can you believe in something that is only spoken of in one ancient book with no concrete evidence to support its conclusions?" and also "How can you give any more credence to the Bible than to the Iliad, the Odyssey and Gilgamesh?" The evidence I have is that no one has ever actually seen or heard God or Jesus. No one can produce any hard evidence for the existence of either one of them. Prove me wrong.

I will discuss this in IM if you like... The answer is far too long to put in here.

I will say this however. I would give them the first go to present their argument for the existence of god since the burden of proof lies upon the believer.

I would ask them to justify the evil god of the OT. My evidence would be common sense.

You cannot debate with a chrisitan.
Debates rely on facts and information. Christians rely on mythology and fables.
