Is it degrading? He's been dating this other girl for like two weeks, but he liked me first but didn't think I liked him, so he started dating her. He tells me he wishes I had been more forward so he would have known that I liked him, but he doesn't want to break up with her because he thinks it will hurt her too much. Is it wrong to be his girl on the side?

It's bad for you because you're getting his leftover time. If he cares about you so much, why is he concerned about hurting her? Love is wanting the other person to be happy so he obviously cares for her. Find someone who will put you first.

i'll put it to u like this, i was dating a guy (for a couple of months) that had a girl until i realized that i was better than that. i moved on and when i got in a relationship he came around, too late and i was happy with the guy i was and am now with.
u can be with him but what good will it do u? u will get tired of being the other woman when ur not getting his full attention. when he's with her he wont talk to u and when he's with u he have to talk to her so she wont think he's with another female. believe me u will get either tired or jealous.

Hell YES! It is one thing for him to break up with her and be with you but it is another thing to just be the girl on the side. He is getting the best of the both worlds by playing you guys! Leave him!

yeah i really think it is. people might think that ur trashy 4 doing that. (not that i do. i don't even know u) if he truely liked u, he would break up w/ his current gf to be w/ u. do u think he may be doing this just 4 kicks? who knows. guys are shallow u can never trust a word they say as much as u want to. i learnd that the hard way!

Unless she is aware he's dating someone else, then he's cheating on her. Do you want to date a cheater? If he'll cheat on her, he'll cheat on you.

And yes, it's very unkewl to be the other girl...treat others as you want to be treated...if you wouldn't want some chick dating your guy (behind your back) then don't date someone else's guy behind her back...

What goes around, comes around...get so maybe you'll avoid that bad karma...

If you can handle it go for it, as long as you understand the limitations that come along with being the other girl. It could be alot of fun if you don't get too emotionally involved.

I don't think it's bad for them if you are the "other girl." If he wants two girls, then there's already a problem in their relationship.
However, it could be bad for you. He's using you--that's why he won't leave her. If he liked you better, he'd leave her. The only person you could potentially be hurting is yourself.
If you like being a boy-toy--have fun!

Well it can be bad or good but to stay away from their relationship is the best thing to do and then wait and you can maybe get a life admiring relationship with him in time.

Put yourself in her shoes, how would you feel? Honestly cheating is wrong, weather you cheat on your love, or someone cheats on their love with you, it's wrong, leads to way to many problems. What if she finds out and comes for a visit with a gun, or baseball bat. Grow up.

yes it's wrong to be the girl on the side, if she found out that you were the other girl, she'll hate you. you should just move on and find someone else.
