thought about surgery but i dont know where to go or any reall surgery options, steroids but i dont know if these are real options if they are ho do i find resources? is there any one who has done it if so tell me what u did?

a stair stepper.... girl In a month you will be like where the hell did this come from...lol i am for real... i use to use it for my thick legs and my butt was already big but girl it was NICE!!! It tones it for and and build muscle!! good luck....

Your body shape is determined primarily by your genetics but you can get a toner, shaplier bum through exercises like walking, running, using an eliptical machine, going up and down stairs, etc. Anything that works the glutteal muscles will help. A good way to see results quick is to try to walk as much during your day as possible. It's amazing what a difference walking instead of driving or taking the subway can make in how your butt looks!

First of all DO NOT get butt implants!!!!!! It's not worth it. Plastic surgery is stupid. If you want a nice butt do lunges and other exercise to lift the butt because that helps push it out and make it look bigger and rounder.

exercise. I'm telling you. It will give you a nice shape, and it would be bigger
maybe not "fatter" but imagine if you get implants, that's how your butt muscles will make that trunk look. But I answered this question several times. Actually, it was my first best answer here.

Gain some weight and do some exercise like lunges, stair master or aerobics.
