As long as you're eatting healthy foods, I wouldn't worry about trying to pack on extra pounds. I used to be able to eat and eat without gaining a pound but all that's caught up with me. I've went from a size 1 to a size 9 in a time period of 2-3 years. It's been dramatic on my figure and I'd say if you were thin (but not an unhealthy thin, like anorexic) I wouldn't try to change anything.

My dad (who used to be super skinny) went on the "banana diet." He ate as many bananas as he could within a day and also ate his regular meals. I think it may be better than loading up on trans-fats which lead to heart disease. He said he gained 15 pounds in a couple of months. Personally, I am trying to drop 5 pounds, but good luck to you!

Boi, I heard lots of ppl wanna lose weight but gain weight; it's a first timer for me. But anyways, you can go eat at fast (junk) food restaurants like McDonalds. :) Let me ask you this: How do you stay thin??

exercise to tone muscle, muscle weighs more than fat. if you are young, there is no reason to want to gain weight anyway
