Exercise is great but with a baby theres not a lot of time, a proper diet is important too this I know. But I need suggestions to help me get real results. I gained a lot of weight when I was pregnant and I cant seem to shed the last 30 extra pounds. I hate my body now and really want to get back into my old jeans. Its hard for me to do a lot of exercising when my son is asleep because my downstairs neighbors also have a newborn and I dont want to make a lot of noise. Please help!

Well it's something to consume healthful and doing gentle excercise to stick healthful and wasting weight is yet another. If you had been to be doing this your complete being pregnant it might be healthful however now not do it to shed pounds. If you ate correct and received the encouraged weight of 20-25 kilos you then must be nice. I nonetheless then again handiest received eleven kilos for the period of being pregnant in view that all i performed used to be throw up non give up from the time i used to be two months till the day i had my son at 35 weeks. I used to be one hundred twenty kilos earlier than i bought pregnant so i used to be now not a giant lady and also you might now not even inform i used to be pregnant. I didn't must purchase maternity garments or not anything. My son used to be born healthful although weighing 4lbs 15.6oz. I might consume healthful however now not attempt to shed pounds except your health care provider says it's nice which i do not suppose it is going to be.

Take your baby with you on your walks, use a stroller or those sport strollers for runners, that way you get to exersize and the baby gets some fresh air too.

Or get a video to do Yoga/Pilates in your home - that way you're not making noise jumping around.
