"Bass" is a factor of a few things. Like da_kouch said and the box the sub is in. The wrong box will make it sound like poo.

maybe but there won't be alot of bass look at the rms and peak of the amp and sub.
i have one DVC 12" and it is hocked up to a 400w amp and the sub is 500w so it maybe able to power the 10"the one 12" i have hits hard for no more than it is.

depends on the power of the 10'' speaker...look at the rms reading on both...that will tell you if you will be able to power it....if you amp has more rms than your speaker, you have the possibility of blowing your speaker. if its lower or around the same then the speaker should be fine.

If that's 200w RMS at 4 ohms, yes.
(200w PMP at 8 ohms, NO)
