keep your babyif you want it. dont let anyone convince you of anything you dont want to do. the dammage is already done, but you dont have to tell your parrents who the baby daddy is. even if you have to apply for medicaid or welfare or foodstamps, you can say I DONT KNOW WHO THE DADDT IS, so what they may think ur a ho. who cares you know the truth. i had a baby when i was 15 also. if you EVER need anyone to talk to you can email me @ cnderellah@yahoo.com i will give you my number too.stay strong girl.
he cant get in trouble if noone knows he is the daddy and even if people suspect he is the daddy, if you say he isnt they will never dna test him.

I want you to think about this....when they do an abortion they chop up the fetus in your womb and drag out the pieces. Because it has a nervous system it will feel every chop. It will feel the pain of being cut into pieces. Since 1972 there has been 50,000,000 babies killed in United States by way of abortion. Oh better yet....wait till the third trimester and have a partial birth abortion. Thats when you go thru labor and just as the head is comming out they stick a knife in the back of the head and suction out the brains of a baby that could live outside of the womb.
Have the baby and give it up to a good couple that wants a baby. You may be very young and extremely stupid but don't take your stupidity out on an innocent life.
As to the 19 year old, he should be doing 25 years for statutory rape.

Depends on your state laws. If you are considered underage for consent then your parents can legally take him to court if they want to. But in most cases it will be up to the two of you. The likelihood of him remaining a productive and contributory partner is not very high. I would think long and hard about that baby and the fact that you yourself are still a baby and weather or not it would be a good idea to bring it into this world. Would you being doing that child a disservice? If terminating is not possible for you then think about adoption. I say this because I am 22, married, living on a dual income with a 4 month old and it is difficult every single day. my husband and I have been together for 7 years married for over 2 and we struggle to keep everything together. If you keep your baby will your parents support you...just think everything through and if in the end you can think of nothing but being that child's mother then that's what your supposed to do BUT if there is even a sliver of doubt then think twice.
Research your state laws they will be the best resource as far as actions against the father.

Man o man! Why is a 15 year old girl having sex?? Why can't kids just be kids anymore?
Ok so damage done. Please don't abort the baby. It's not the baby's fault so don't kill it. Have the baby and give it up for adoption. It's the best thing for the baby. You know you're just a kid. You need to be finishing high school and do you think your 19 year old boy friend is really responsible enough to be a father. Let the kid have a real family. Then stop having sex until you are in a married commited relationship where you are in the position to be able to take care of a baby if one should be conceived.
As for your boyfriend, he could be charged with statutory rape for having sex with a minor.

Only if someone presses charges. They'd have to do paternal testing.
Why should your baby have to die just because the man who made it might get in trouble? Is a few years in jail worth the life of a human being?
I think in cases where the girl becomes pregnant and the child is born the father has to pay child support to the girls family until she is either emancipated or becomes an adult.

Perhaps he won't get in trouble for statutory rape, but if he does I'm sure that the sentence wouldn't be too bad if he's devoted to being a good father. I mean, our society would probably rather have him on the outside helping you than punishing him, you, and your baby by locking him up when you all need him.
you should look up the statutory laws in your state. In mine, it's okay as long as ther's no more than a 4 year age difference.

If you decide to take him to court that's the only way he'd get in trouble and that's a hard decision to give up your baby or to keep it I do have to say you're really young and have so much ahead of you and who knows if he'll stay. I've heard so many stories of people who get pregnant young and keep the baby in which they thought they'd have the support by their boyfriends and a few weeks later they disappear so maybe you shouldn't keep it but, then again maybe you have a great guy who will stick with you.

okay first of all NOBODY can make you get an abortion. if you choose to keep the baby you might have to go into legal stuff if your still 15 when you have your baby but if your 16 when you have it then they wont really do anything because your legally old enough to become impancipated.

well first off him getting in trouble has alot to do with your parents.
technically it is called statutory rape because you are a minor and he is over 18 years old. you have alot of life in front of you and there isnt any reason to rush and have a baby by someone. at your age you think that you are in love but for real you are infatuated. you cant work to support this child. if i were either of your parents, homeboy would be in jail being real nice to a guy named bubba, and you would be a having that procedure done. you are too young to be worrying about stuff like this.

so you two need to talk about how you are going to talk to your parent and hope that your parent decide not to go to the police
but he should have know better
since he did not, you getting an abortion you do not want will not help him it will only allow him to move on to the next girl
