Ahhh...the age old question..just curious to hear all the responses.

I'm here because my parents screwed. Humans are here because earlier primates changed to fit a niche. And all of that came about because carbon chains formed that could reproduce themselves. And carbon came from earlier stars that came about because of the big bang. We don't know anything before that.

It's because we aren't there. Though in all honesty, it could be any number or reasons. The conditions were probably right for life to exist on this particular planet we call Earth. However, if you are asking why are we here in the sense meaning why do we exist, then that is a good question, and I would have to say it's better to exist, then to be nonexistent, as it gives one something to do...

Well, I guess I'll go ahead and be the weird one here. I love Sylvia Browne's teachings... Yes, I've heard it all, guru psychic quack mainly. But if you really read into her books at LOT of things make sense... So in a nutshell, I believe that we are here to learn. We choose our problems and crisis to work through them and grow from that experience.

we are here to be inquisitive...and to search for answers....and u are at a start....very good question .....and the answer is that we are all here to meet God.. God provided us with holy texts that guide us...now we need to do as they say...and find a guru, a perfect master that can enable us to see God....then we will know how we are...we are not this gross body...we are the soul and we are a part of the supreme soul....well...yea that is reality....well i went on this site a while back and i enjoyed reading about it...take a look at it ....it gets you thinking about life...

We are here as a result of billions of years of evolution, and because our parents "did it."
If you mean, what is the purpose of our being? There is no purpose assigned to our existence. Each person is free to choose the meaning and direction of his own life.

It's a little prelude to eternity with or without God. Shall we say.......... a little test on how we react to certain things like intelligence, faith, religion, goodness and kindness, interaction with other people and with the idea of God Almighty.

We were here because God has chosen us as His children and come to world to share and tell others about Jesus Christ..his gospel..God knew every single things in our life, He got His own Plan in each one of us...come and seek God and you will know why you are here today...worship God, Share Gospel, love Him and others.

to play the role we were born into. to be in the position or status that we were born into and later get ourselves into. Until we know what role we are in, we will keep searching. I haven't found mine, but someday I will.
