Usually the first few weeks of pregnancy there really shouldn't be any cramping and definitely no bleeding of any form. Trust me when I say I have witnessed many births and interned many pregnancies. If you are uncomfortable by any means consult your physician. When your uterus begins to stretch it will feel like it's stretching not tighting. No one here can diagnose you.Seek medical advice.

Yep, stuff is moving around and stretching to make room for the baby! I was crampy until the beginning of my first trimester. Even now, it hurts when I move the wrong way or sneeze. The joys of pregnancy!

yes your body is changing and therefore your stomach is adapting. If it worsens I would consult your physician.
Good Luck!
