i need help!!?

i mailed in a money order to bank of america..because they had me on file with chex system and i needed a letter from them stating that i paid what was due to them so i can open up a bank account with this bank..but they said they never received it..this is the second time i mailed them a money order and they said they never received..what should i do know..i already waisted $300

OK.......If you purchased a money order, there's always a receipt with the money order....always. Take that receipt to the Post Office, ask them to put a tracer on what you mailed. That's the good thing about M.O.'s, that little piece of paper. It sounds fishy to me, can you see why it sounds fishy to the bank?.....LATER

Obviously you did not get through properly to BOA. They are a problem, big bank. Do not know their customers from a **** rag.
Never send them anything ! Take in the cash, they are on every street corner in America, get a receipt, maybe even a duplicate copy anytime you deal with them.

Did you keep a copy of your money order? You can go to the place you purchased it and have them research weather it was ever cashed.

OK.......If you purchased a money order, there's always a receipt with the money order....always. Take that receipt to the place you purchased the money order and ask them to trace it and they could tell you who when and where it was cashed.
