If you skip a dose, DONT double dose, just take the next dose normally. relax - you'll be fine.

Skip a dose of what? I once skipped 2 days worth of anti-depressants and anti-anxiety pills I had depresion and heaps of panic attacks for about 2 weeks so in my case no its not a good idea to skip a dose.

Most medications that are taken on a daily basis take a bit of time to build up in your system, and a bit of time to leave the system. Missing one dose shouldn't cause any major side effects. Just type the name in to she search bar and read all about it.
