Get a journal. Write down your feelings (good and bad). Try to look at life in your mom's view. I know times can be stressful but try to make things work. Wash dishes around the house. Make your mom dinner sometimes. You might need your mom one day, and she'll want to do it (thinking back on good things you've done). Obviously you both are stressed. Puberty, school, boys, work, bills, menopause. It happens to everyone, and we all make it through. Hang in There!!!

Look all through the animal kingdom. Momcat loves on the kittens Momma mouse washes and fusses over the babies until... puberty! It brings out the worst in parent and child and it's natures way of making sure the young leave home. It's not a nice time for anyone but here's some hints. Don't do anything permenently nasty to the parents, you may be one later. Make plans for the future even if it's just cutting out some good decorating ideas out of magazines. It will help you feel less trapped and make the step to being on your own much less scary.
This sounds dumb but how does the butterfly feel as it leaves the cocoon? Rumpled ugly wet and funny looking. Us humans take a few years to stretch our wings and every adult should be cheering you on! Don't think about the parents, they try but its that nature thing, they were just getting used to their little girl and now you have to go ahead and change on them. If you want to talk to a former kid that survived pretty good and is now mom of grown ups that turned out great feel free to E me oddmom3@yahoo.com Good luck, you're too smart not to make it through!

Tell her you are going through puberty and she is your mom so its okay to talk freely with her. The problem is that you are growing up but your mom still treats you as a child. Just let her say anything, just ignore her as all mothers are like that.
Your mother loves you but she does not understand you. Just be patient as after puberty you will look more grown up and she will treat you like an adult. Don't worry or feel ugly. Its part of a girl's life and we all go through it.
Good luck and hope your mom will change.

You're going through a phase and it's hellish for everyone. If you know an older girl, see if you can talk to her. She'll have a better understanding on many things than your Mom who will always see you as her child, no matter how old you become. (I'm a Mom)

You should talk to her about your feelings and your problems. Then hopefully you can understand each other better and you'll feel more comfortable talking to her about things.

yeah, my mom is just stopping to have her period and i have had mine for a few years now, and when we are PMSing everyone knows it.
don't worry, talk to your mom and apologize for everything you've said, and she might understand.
