What would I ask for at a salon if I want this cut? (I'm brining the picture, too, but sometimes you need to reitterate what you want to some stylists.)

since you have a picture, that is what your hair should look like.
be sure
be detailed
be stern
because stylists will do what they want, if your not direct.

Just bring the picture, no need to explain because everything you want is in teh palms of your hands! I think they will realize what you want.

u should cut it thin layers with bangs
it ur hair is short then tell them to cut a lot of layrs
it looks pretty
