Don't know about Washington State in particular, but in most jurisdictions you must give at least 30 days notice (some require up to 90). In many places it is necessary to get a court order first, in which case you would be required to show the court why the tenant should be evicted. Non-payment of rent, destruction of property, illegal activities on the premises, etc. But tenants as well as landlords are protected under the law, so make sure you do it the right way, or you could get into a lot of trouble. You should be able to get info from the Attorney General's office or the Better Business Bureau.

If your trying to evict someone,you have to go to the courts and get a notice of eviction.If you don't ,you will be liable for illegal lock out
