In my view, God also gave everyone the right to choose. Ultimately, people choose how ugly or pretty they are in their hearts. And honestly, I don't know why some people make the choices they do.

Many Christians I have met seem to be just the opposite of what you say. I guess it's all a matter of perception and experience.

in his own image is referring to the basic human shape... two eyes, two ears, two arms, two legs, one mouth, one nose........ god also gives the right to make our own choices some of which are to be ugly in their hearts, ignorant, bigoted, hateful, hypocritical people. By the way not all Christians are like that most true Christians aren't because they understand the bible and how we're supposed to act, i think that you are being ignorant and hateful by saying that we're like that

I'm a Christian and I don't recall calling people of your religion ugly, ignorant, bigoted, hateful, hypocritical people. Where do you come off insulting my religion?
Talk about hypocritical, bigoted, hateful, ignorant and ugly in heart.

God had given every one the ability to exercise right and wrong. So to be loveing or to be hatefull is up to the humans. That is the whole point in haveing to chose your path in life.

Ah, but they are all beautiful in the eyes of god!--people don't like believing that god might get angry or upset at them, they don't want to believe that he might not like them--they want to believe in his UNCONDITIONAL love--because they know what kind of people they are and if god had a choice, he'd hate them

Sin would be the reason, and those Christians you know who act this way aren't christian. A christian would show the fruit of the spirit.
* love;
* joy;
* peace;
* patience;
* kindness;
* goodness;
* faithfulness;
* gentleness;
* self-control.
