paint colors for my living room??????????????????????

i am gonna paint my living room a very pale banana color. there is trim on the bottom that i will paint white. but the ceiling..............what should the ceiling be???? the white??? or the pale banana??????????????? thanks..

The ceiling should be white. To much of the same color makes rooms look smaller and you would get tired of being engulfed in that color.

Paint it white.

From experience, I made a mistake of painting my walls and ceiling the same color (a pinkish taupe color in my bedroom).
I hated it, we ended up having to repaint it when we got time. The white ceiling made the room brighter and more like home to me.
We painted it Sage Green with white trim and ceiling.

Paint it white, then if you ever need to repaint, you don't have to do the ceiling again, painting a ceiling is a *****. I know cuz I just did it.

I would paint it white and hang those sheer white cutains in the windows tied bake with a bright yellow ribbon.GL
