The only information I can find on the Morton salt label, is the serving size: 1/4 tsp. (1.5g).

1teaspoon=5 grams (that's 5000 miligrams)



1 tablespoon=15 grams

I DON'T KNOW, BUT I JUST COUNTED EACH CRYSTAL OF SALT, AND THERE WERE 4397 OF THEM IN ONE SPOON. WOW!
