Twisted Bowels

As an OR Tech I have never seen twisted bowel as bowel is not free floating as in a horse.
If you have a problem with your bowels such as found in a severe hernia where the bowel gets trapped in the muscle you face a problem with the bowel's circulation being cut off by the muscle and you would have some REAL problems and require IMMEDIATE surgery.
Pulled muscles, kidney and skeletal problems would cause back pain.
Try some heat on the area of the back that hurts and take pain relievers.
If fever is present you need to see a Dr. ASAP

Twisted bowels cause a lot more than back pain. You have severe pain in the abdomen after eating, then comes vomiting. This requires immediate intervention. Chances are back pain is caused from muscle strain. Kidney infections can also cause back pain. Lots of reasons. See a doctor if you are concerned.
