I was wondering what the best product for stretch marks is. I have stretch marks on me buttocks, hips and a few on my stomach. I've used a few products before, but none of them work properly. I'd like to invest in something that I know will definitely work or at least give me some improvements.
If anyone call me of products of things to use that definitely work, please do s. Cheers. :)

okay, I've heard that cocoa butter and cow's milk butter work well, but would anyone happen to know which would be better, given that I'm a student and don't work, so it's really hard to keep spending money on products that don't work. :S

Stretchmarks Removal
As we pass through different stages of our lives, be it puberty, pregnancy or even on a holiday when we eat a little too much, and gain weight, we inadvertently develop stretch marks on some part of our body. Even body builders can have stretch marks, in cases when the growth of the muscle is very rapid. At first these marks are reddish purple in their appearance, but lighten to shades, which are almost of the skin color, which helps in their easy removal. So don’t be panicky if you spot your first stretch mark, they’ll fade with time.
Stretch marks generally appear after child birth or after losing weight, when the skin returns to its normal size and is thus less apparent. It still has a loose feel and the marks may also be a little lower than the surrounding skin, which imparts a rough feel. The stretch marks are made on the dermis of the skin, which is one of the 3 layers of the skin, and when it is kept stretched consistently for a long period of time, it loses its elasticity and the small collagen fibers constituting it break, leading to formation of stretch marks. Stretch marks besides the cosmetic aspect are totally harmless. They do not limit normal body functions.
Removal of stretch marks is the most effective when they are just formed, i.e. when they are reddish in color. Dermatologists recommend various treatments for the marks, but their removal is very difficult once the marks fade. Although, one can use Olive oils, Coconut butter or Vitamin E or Vitamin A for massaging over the marks. Aloe Vera Gel soothes irritating skin which has been recently stretched. For an effective prevention of stretch marks, exercising is the best bet, as it keeps the muscles and skin firm. Also eating foods, which are rich in proteins, Vitamin C and E help in promoting and maintaining healthy skin.

The more self conscious you are about them the bigger they look (for you). This is something that happens a lot of time to a lot of mens even with big muscles and no fat. That occurs when your skin is not flexible enough to support expansion that force from the inside. Some people have very flexible skin and even (women) after being pregnant have no stretch marks. So embrace them and be your self because strecht marks is not who you are. Show your real personality and nobody will care about your marks.

This isnt gonna make you feel any better but once you get stretchmarks they are pretty much there to stay. (unless you have plastic surgery or collegen injections - even that only minimizes them) The best thing to do now is to keep your skin well moisturized so no more appear. Cocoa Butter works well.

First, whether or not you will get them is mostly hereditary. So all you can do is minimize. And the best for that is Cocoa Butter and Shea Butter.

i have done a treatment with acids at a clinic here in brazil and it worked very well. i did 15 sessions (one every week) and it has to be done in the winter because you can´t expose the area to the sun, it´ll stain your body. now the stretch marks are so light you can barely see them.
i´m sure you guys must have a similar treatment in the usa...

Unfortunately, I think they are here to stay. To lighten them and give the appearance that they are fading, use cocoa butter.
