Depends on their personality and how good they feel about themselves. Anyone can be sexy regardless of their size or colour of their hair and eyes. Self-confidence, honestly and openness are much more important than a persons size. As well a good sense of humour and being able to laugh at the world as well as the rest of the world is important.

Sexy is an attitude, not a look. If you feel and act sexy, then being a little chubby will make no difference. Sure, some guys may not want you with a little weight, but if they reject you on that basis, they're too shallow to appreciate everything else you have to offer.
Bottom line: If you don't love and respect yourself, you can't expect others to love and respect you. But if you act sexy (not to be confused with slutty), you'll BE sexy.
