Egg whites, peanuts, soy beans, milk.
I boil two dozen eggs at once. Put them all in my fridge and have a few every morning (18g - 6 per egg). Then I have cereal with lots of milk (~30g). I have peanut butter and jelly or tuna for lunch (~15g-25g). A protien bar during the day (22g). And either fish or chicken for dinner (~20g-30g).

Boca products are the greatest: pure protein in forms of soy burger, chik patties, lasagna, veggie dogs, anything. It's great! And they're not expensive, either.

Go to your search engine and type in "foods with protein" and you'll find all you need. For exercises go to bodyforlife.com and see their demos for upper body, you'll like them.
