well thats the thing i know i have my whole life but i feel that i want to spend my whole life with her! so i need to know what i should do wait and risk the chance she will leave before i can tell her or break with my gf and steal her from her boy?

Wait for the right moment(like when she is broken up with her b/f)
and ask her out and befor u do it think about the good things that could happend.....u and her kissing under a shaded tree and eveything........if she luvs u as much as u luv her she will say yes for sure
