I'm 5'7, 135lb. I've been told that i'm a very hard puncher for my size. So what should my heavy bag's weight should be? 60 lb? 80 lb? help!!!

A 70 lb. bag should be just right.

It depends on what you are traing for ,I like a very heavy bag for everything I can kick It but for boxing I also like It very heavy,I used to make my own out of two army bags and sand and sawdust.I used to wrap the sand and sawdust In very heavy duty comercial plastic bags and put them In the army bags.

It Is also good to have an asortment of bags for differant things but for boxing I liked the very heavy bag,mine weighed 225 lbs

I would go for the biggest bag that you can fit in your gym.
I think that the right gloves are more important, if you hit hard make sure your hands are well protected.

It does not matter. The bag should be heavy enough not to swing away when you hit it.
