Do not initiate anything you do not want to happen or if you cannot keep control of the situtation. What do you mean by makeout? Tongue in mouth stuff or heavy petting? Make sure your lips are not set stiffly together, that your mouth is loose and lips are moist (not mouth gaping, and no slobber!). If his hand is on your waist or shoulder, or even on your knee when he kisses you, move his hand to your breast. Do not use this advice if you can't handle it.

While he kisses you, you can start by slipping your hand inside of his shirt. I am sure he will get your point! They unbuckle his pants and see what is going to happen!
