When you see the potential in others, when you see how good someone can be. When you want to encourage that operson to be the best he or she can be. Also when a guy (or girl for you guys) sees the potential in you and when he sees how good you can be. When he wants to encourage you to be the best you can be.

If u don't feel love for someone, it means there is nothing to inspire u there. If there is something to inspire u there, u WILL know it and love will come to u automatically.
