first of all, you need to talk to someone and seek medical advice...i have had a few friends who committed suicide and they never mentioned it to anyone and we didnt know because they hid their feelings so well..

My brush with suicide was when I was 16. It was the worst year of my life. My boyfriend threatened suicide and I saw it as a ploy to keep me in his life. I cared deeply for him but I was still growing and changing. I was ready to experience more in life and I just needed a break. Well, as I'm sure you have guessed, he killed himself and I am still coping with the legacy of pain that was created. People said that he would have done it anyway at another time if he didn't do it then. That is/was a complete cop out.
The truth is that help is and was available for him. We just didn't see the signs nor did we know what to do if we had known. Life is never so terrible that you can't recover. Life is about change and unfortunately, you are experiencing a time of sadness or frustration. I'm sure that you have underestimated the love that is available to you. If the love can not be found in your home than know that there are people who don't know you but would love to see you recover and live the life you were suppose to live.
Depression is a clinical condition that can not be cured by wishing it away. It is an imbalance in the brain chemistry that must be corrected through talk therapy or perhaps, with the help of medication. Your life could actually be perfect but for those who experience depression there is no joy to be found. It's like having a broken leg only it's in your head. You can't expect a broken leg to heal on it's own and you can't expect depression to cure itself. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness. It is an intelligent stride towards a happy end.
Sometimes, when we are young, we can't see the big picture and we focus too much on the little things. If you goofed and caused hardship for yourself or someone else, understand that in five years from now, that mistake has limitted meaning. Being young means making mistakes and sometimes, if we don't have loving guidence, we have to find out the hard way.
You were born for a purpose. The purpose may not be as great as being an 'Oprah Winfrey" but there is someone out there waiting to be touched by your gifts. That may not be for a long time but you are worth the time and effort to correct this time of sadness.
The social problems or acedemic difficulties that happen in high school will fade as you become older and hopefully wiser. Hold on and wait for the tide to turn. You don't need to suffer alone. Ask for help and if you don't recieve it the first time, pick yourself up and ask again. If I could have told Mark this at the time, perhaps, he may still be here. He was a wonderful person as I'm sure you are but even wonderful people go through difficult times.
If you need to chat further, email me and I will be your link to sanity. Everyone has greatness in them. It is those who struggle and pervail, that reap the rewards. You are worth while and some day you may mean an aweful lot to someone so don't throw it away.

the first people r right. i ended up in the e.r. one night cuz of that. a friend walked in and found me on the floor and called 911. if it werent for her i dont know where i'd be right now. but im glad she did what she did. life has way too much to offer and way too much to enjoy. NOTHING, and i really mean nothing, is worth killing urself over. there r people that love u, family, friends, that wish u well. talk to someone u trust in completely. if there isnt anyone, call that hotline or see a doctor. dont worry, this type of information is STRICTLY private. no one will know except u and the doctor. please get help. there is absolutely nothing wrong with asking for help. we all need help, we're only human. i learned the hard way and i regret it, but im glad im still alive. everything will get better, it always does. trust me.

Hi . Sam.
the best thing that you can do for yourself is to remind YOU that your a very important person in this world. Do you feel good about YOU. that is the most important thing.

The first question is why would you want too. Hurting yourself is not the solution. Getting answers is. I promise getting an answer on why YOU feel this way is very important
Your a great and wonderful person and you need to care about you. Honest.
be GOOD TO YOU
*S*un*S*hineAries*S* Take a smile from me .
Feel it warm you and then smile either inside and out to show off that wonderfully unique person that you are.

You need to constantly be around nice and beautiful things. That's the only way how you will realise how STUPID your thoughts are. Why kill yourself when life does it for you anyway. Just get over it. Say to yourself, "No I am NOT going to this". Think about the people who love you. Would they want you to do this? No, so do NOT even attempt suicide, you'll regret it...seriously... I'm a forensic, and I know how much they regret it whilst doing it...So seriously DON'T!

Think about what a selfish thing it is and the pain your family would go through. Things can change so quickly in life, suicide is a permanent solution or just a temporary problem.

There are many treatments that help people with these kinds of thoughts... medications, therapy, DBT, hotlines, mobile crisis workers, etc.

There is hope. Keep asking for help and call on your resources.
