Sounds pretty normal to me. Though maybe cutting down on the juice and water espically an hour or so before meals will help. Kids that age are sooo very picky eaters.

my boys had this trouble. the solution is patience on your part. Cut out on the juice, and limit the water. They will eat if they are hungry, then only give them what was at the meal. if they don't eat it, then they are not really that hungry. Soon, they will be hungry enough to eat what you gave them. Missing a couple of meals wont hurt them, and if they are truly hungry, they will eat what you fix.
At these ages, they are also fighting for some control of themselves. They are challenging you, and you need to stand firm. They need to know that you will not be swayed to change your mind if they cry. They will use this tactic for other things if you always give in.

Kids won't starve, your best defense to eating junk food out of desperation is to not have any in the house.
Have healthy snacks available all the time and don't get hung up on "meals". They have stomaches the size of their fists, can't really put a lot in there at once! My twins eat every 30 minutes and I don't care, eventually they're going to eat 3 regular meals.

Ha ha ha !
This sounds like my Ma and Pa talking!
They were SOOOOO concerned that us four kids would dry up and blow away because we were such picky eaters. Dad even said that it cost NUTHIN to even feed us. They were so concerned that they went to their doc and he gave these words of advice:
"When they are hungry
They will eat"
And here we are - from 45 to 55 yrs old and none of us starved to death! All healthy with kids of our own!
So, just give it time - they will show you some interest in some foods. Give them multiple chewable vitamins if you want to make sure that they are not depleted of some important things that they may be deficient of through their diet.
Good luck. They're fine!!!

those kids are very young to be worried about their eating.
First of all talk to your doctor about it.
I had two boys that were sooooo picky and it was a struggle getting them to eat anything decent. I thought it was me as a mother failing. Then my daughter would eat anything. I would joke and say I could put a bowl of nails in front of her and she would eat them. LOL
My boys are just like their dad, either a learned behavior or genetic. As the boys grew up they gradually learned to eat more of a variety of foods.
Time usually takes care of these issues

Create ways to make the dish look cute, like putting little faces on their cereal etc. Mashed potatoes can have little smileys on them, like using a cooked green bean for the mouth and little tiny balls of chicken or other kind of meat for the eyes, find something for the nose. Make their dishes fun and see if that works! Good Luck!

Do not give in!!!!
Give them what you are serving and that is it! They will not starve I PROMISE. Cut the juice and give them water between meals. Once they get good and hungry and realize that there is no more coming they will eat what is put in front of them. TRUST ME....

I know it will worry you to death but they will be fine. They will eat when they are hungry. Mine were the same way and their pediatrician told me not to worry about it. You will go through periods where they will only eat 1 thing also like mac & cheese. They will be fine and before you know it they will eating you out of house and home.
